El El 15 de Septiembre en México se celebra el día del "Grito de Dolores" o "Grito de Independencia".

Por primera vez se realizó en la ciudad Dolores, Guanajuato a cargo del Cura Miguel Hidalgo, este suceso marca el inicio de la lucha por la independencia de México.
